1. Q.  Do you provide references?

    A.  Yes we will provide 3 to 5 references with phone numbers to reach our clients; feel free to discuss our services with them.

 This information is included in every cleaning proposal.


2. Q. How far do you travel to perform your services?

    A. We service the Virginia and D.C. area.


 3. Q. How do you pay for services?

    A. You will be invoiced for any services or products at the beginning of the month to be paid by the 10th of the following month.
 
We do not accept credit cards.


4. Q. Are you bonded and insured?

    A. Yes for your protection we are fully insured and bonded.
 
We will provide certificate of coverage upon request for our clients.


5.  Q. Do you require a service agreement?

     A. Yes both parties will sign our service agreement which is good for one year.
 
This is written evidence that you have agreed to pay for our services while at the same time ensuring that your price will stay the same for the entire year.
 
There is also a 30 day written notice that may be exercised by either party.
 
Companies who say they do not need to use a service agreement leave you no assurance that your price will not be raised when they deem necessary.


6.  Q. Does my company need to purchase any cleaning equipment or cleaning supplies?

     A. We will provide all cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies needed to perform the work except for consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners and hand soap.
 
If requested we can supply these items under separate billing.


7.  Q. What if my cleaning day falls on a public holiday?

     A. If your scheduled cleaning day occurs on a public holiday, we will contact you to reschedule the cleaning for another day.



8.  Q. What is the procedure should anything be damaged or broken during the cleaning?

     A. If we are responsible for any damage, we will have the item repaired or replaced.



9.  Q. Will my building be cleaned by the same people every night?

     A. Yes. Consistency is the key to quality.
 
Once your building is assigned to our cleaning specialists, they will be the only people cleaning your building.


10. Q. How soon can you start to clean our facility?

     A. Although 2 to 4 weeks notice would be helpful.
 
Please know that if you find yourself in a situation where your previous company has quit without warning or notice.
 
We will do everything we can do to make arrangements to be there the next business day for you.


11.  Q. How do we communicate a concern or need?

       A. We are available 24/7 by phone, or through our website if you would prefer.
 
We are responsive to your needs and understand how open communication can enhance a professional relationship.
